Lost iDrac license after BIOS update
Hello, last month we were doing some updates using Open Manage solution, and after the reboot, one of our hosts lost the idrac license, now it's in express mode, but it was an enterprise license.
We were not able to found it on Digital Locker, is there anyway to recover this license?

And do you know if I can purchase a new one to this server? It is a R630, and the support for it ended on 2022, the link that you gave me doesn't give me any option to open a case when I input the Service Tag from the server.
