Issue with upgrade IDRAC9 Enterprise 16 licence
Hello, I have an R260 with iDRAC9 Basic and I purchased an iDRAC9 Enterprise license. I registered the license and received an XML file. When I try to upgrade the XML, I can't do it. Is it because I used lowercase and uppercase letters in the service tag or is the license activation time-limited? Is there a time period by which the license needs to be upgraded?

What is the error you get?
Are you using these steps:
Log in to iDRAC Web Interface → Configuration → Licenses → Import License.
Select the XML file and apply.
Is your iDRAC firmware up to date?
