iDRAC 8 Enterprise license
Hello.
One of our relatively old servers (PowerEdge R630) lost licenses
iDRAC8 Enterprise License and OpenManage Essentials Advanced Features.
There is no information on ordering hardware and software. Support contract ended 2 years ago. There is no order data in the personal account anymore.
Can these licenses be restored somehow? I have Srvice tag, Express Service Code, SN....

Hi,
please check your order to see if the order from the Service TAG iDRAC enterprise license is listed you could provide us with the service TAG, and we could give you the original key.

Hi. Can't find order details. The equipment was purchased in 2017 by our parent organization. There is no orders information in the business account for all sites. Possibly archived... The service tag of the server is [DELETED], on which the licenses are missing.
