Hello PRAKASHA PN,
Are you trying to fix something that was working and now does not work?
My first recommendation would be make sure the BIOS and iDRAC firmware are up to date.
If that does not help could you provide the following:
What is the task you are doing and the desired outcome?
How many risers does it have originally?
Original riser(s) Part number(s)?
Part number of Riser(s) you are adding or changing to?

Hi Charles R,
Bios-2.8.0 and Idrac-2.83.83.83 recent version used.
Three Raiser card used in this model
Raiser1-Part#YNF4C
Raiser2-Part# NG4V5
Raiser3-Part#CY3R8
R630 model used only two raiser card in one time Raiser2 and Raiser3 used,
other condition Raiser1 and Raiser3 used
Raiser1 and Raiser 2 can not used same time because Raiser1 and Raiser2 slots distance less,Raiser1 is butterfly card can not populate Raiser2
1)Raiser1 and Raiser3 populate no error display in chassis screen or system event log
2)Raiser2 and Raiser 3 populate error display in chassis screen
3)remove Raiser2 connect Raiser1 no error display in chassis screen
4)remove Raiser 1 and Raiser2 error display in chassis screen
final conclusion is without connect Raiser1 getting error,Raiser1 is must connect
Any reason for for this error please give solution

Hi, thank you for the information. I can see the riser parts are for R630. The server obtains information from the CPLD about the components that are installed, including cables, risers, backplanes, floating card (PERC, BOSS), and processor, when it is powered on. So please also check CPLD FW up to date. Then check the BIOS and iDRAC settings to ensure that the riser 2 card is recognized by the system. R630 has 2 and 3 riser models, yours has 3 risers or not, please check this. in the BIOS and you can check the slot disablament in the integrated devices menu. You may need to enable the card in the BIOS settings. When you remove the riser 2 card and use either riser 1 or riser 3, the error message is no longer displayed. This seems like the problem is associated with the riser 2 card or its connection to the system board. So I'd suspect riser 2 card itself or motherboard.
