Hard discs of server not visible in BIOS and RAID configuration utility
OEMR XL R740xd
Good day all!
Please help with HDD SATA detections on Dell Power Edge R740XD.
We have 12 discs on front side.
They are not visible in BIOS and in RAID Controller's Configuration Utility.
I tried to replace controller and motherboard, but no success!
But 2 hard discs (RAID1) that connected to the back side of server are visible.
What can I do in this case?

We would need additional information to assist in find the cause. Would you run a TSR on the server, after you are finished running it would you upload it to upload. dell. com, and then private message me the svc tag used to upload, so that I may locate it. Lastly, would you confirm the controller installed, and also how the backplane is cabled.
Let me know what you see.
