DxeCore.efi General Protection fault (13)

Hello,

Having an issue getting an R730XD up and running.

Issue is will not allow me to update the bios or run any boot loaders.

Have reset everything back to defaults. Even cleared the NVRAM.

Ran a hardware diagnostic on the Lifecycle controller.

Everything checks out but the IPMI. interesting enough i can access it just fine without issues.

At a complete loss as to what to do now.

Any troubleshooting suggestions?
