DMZ setup with Dell PowerEdge 415

Hello,

I have setup a DMZ zone in my network at my new job.

When I connect my laptop with the static ip address I have set with gateway it connects just fine.

 

When I connect my Dell server to the same ethernet line and same ip address with the other shut down it will not reach the internet or have any connectivity.

The NIC on the server is fine I took it out of the rack today and plugged into my LAN and updated Server 2019.

When I take it to the data room and plug in with the same exact ip address as my laptop it will not connect.

 

Please help me.  I am all but shy of replacing NIC card that does not need replaced but my realtek in laptop is great.

The dell lists the network adapter as Qlogic.
