Dell R750xs stuck at Initializing PCI, USB and Video when warm booting.
Hi,
I have a Dell PowerEdge R750xs that when warm booting the server it gets stuck at Initializing PCI, USB and Video.
It seems to only happen when losing power. We use the redundant PSU setup with one being directly connected to our local power grid and the other to a dedicated grid in case of power failure. The dedicated grid is always online but when the local grid fails the server seem to reboot itself (AC input detected message onscreen shows).
Server is also on the latest version of iDRAC (6.10.00.00) and BIOS version 1.8.2. Same server also seem very slow to boot up.

Hi,
put the server at a minimum to post status and test if this happens again.
Then put step by step all components back and check which part causes the failure.

Give a Flea power drain if not fixed then break it to a minimum and check
