Dell r740XD CBL0009: BACKPLANE 0 A0 NOT CONNECTED
Hello everyone! Newbie to servers here. I recently acquired a Dell R740XD with 10 12TB drives but none of them show up. At startup, I get the messages below. I have checked the cables and they are connected correctly. Is there a way to see what might be causing that problem? I believe it is still under warranty according to the service tag information.
CBL0009: Backplane 0 connector A0 is not connected
UEFI0116: One or more boot drivers have reported issues.

Can you refer below link, identify the figure represent your config and ensure all cables are connected as per the figure. Can you also let me know which storage controller you have and part # of backplane.

Hi I see that you believe your system is still in warranty. It's best diagnosed with the actual log. Would you be able to send us logs or raise a official ticket for that?
