We would definitely need additional information. To start, would you confirm a few things for me?

What riser configuration do you have?

Do see the server displaying any other errors, before or after the UEFI0067? If so, what do you see?Is the server up to date?

Have you tried powering down the server and reseating the expansion cards and risers?

Lastly, would you confirm any other troubleshooting steps you may have tried already?

Hi Chris,

I removed all PCI cards and fixed the riser again. Then added my PCI cards. The issue is resolved. 

The riser was little loose
