Hello thanks for choosing Dell and welcome to our community.
I have dell EMC ME5012 storage with 12 Hard disk (Dell Emc 16TB each). -> So I see that you have a server connected to a storage.
Can you answer a couple of questions for us to help you further:
I assume you have that disk in the picture plugged in. Did the issue started AFTER you added the disk? Or did this happen before as well?
Respectfully,

Respectfully,
1-Yes if i disconnect ME5012 from server its booting direct.
2-Yes even i discconnect sas cable from h830 also booting ok
the picture that i upload for the hard disk its just for knowldge about the hard disk.
the problem after turn off the ME5012 for 5 to 6 minutes. when the light of cache in back side of the unit tunf off after restore the power to the me5012 server not booting.

Hello,
please can you check BIOS version and Lifecycle controller?
Did you try with other disk type?

Just to clarify... you have a ME5012, which is a "full blown" RAID SAN/ARRAY direct connect to a another old RAID HBA(H830) which is within an realy old 11Gen Server?
From the past:
R410 -> 6G SAS HBA (NON RAID) -> MD3200(RAID SAN)
R410 -> H800/H810 (RAID) -> MD1200(JBOD)
Did you try to use BIOS Mode instead of UEFI(a Switch will break most already installed OS(you can switch back of course) for testing?
Regards,
Joerg
