I have 12 R750 servers, and one of the server hard drives is showing a fault error. After collecting information, the Dell team visited my data center. They advised cleaning the servers and remove carbon before proceeding with the warranty. Can anyone provide detailed information on how to deep clean servers and remove carbon effectively?
