upload the *.zip form above into an existing Datastore with the help of the Host- or vSphere Client. Otherwise you can use pscp and store it in /tmp

Then open an SSH with putty or your favorite SSH tool and execute

esxcli software vib install -d /tmp/name-of-the-file.zip

Check the outout if a reboot is needed or not. With a more current Version of ESXi you can install server within placing the Host into maintenance mode.  Iam unsure with your old 6.7.

With racadm you can than set a new password for the iDRAC root user.  I have written many times how to do it .
