Hi @mcmahon48,
The file seems to be broken or has not completed being downloaded.
What is the server model that you're downloading for? And is the EFI for the server's BIOS?
Have you tried verifying the download with another browser, or try using another client device.

Hello mcmahon48,
Thank you for the update. What is the server model?
Have you tried booting to the Lifecycle controller and supplying the Windows .exe file there to update the BIOS?

I downloaded the executable first and thought it would unzip into the efi file and then later I found that i could directly download the file. It was downloaded using my windows 10 machine. If I connect the server to the internet and use the utility on the server I get an error after it says downloading the library. The bios on the server is 2.2.5 and the characters pop up on the screen right after clicking down load and I have not attempted to open any thing> I tried it on two computers and the same thing happens.

Hi,
As suggested by Charles, can you try updating the firmware using Lifecycle controller.
Attached the article on how to use LCC to update: https://dell.to/3ZH0aQ3
