Can't access System Services in a Poweredge r610

I while ago I changed a RAID setting to stripe two new hard drives together and added bigger RAM cards. Now the server is giving me F11 errors when I try to boot or access IDRAC or System Services. I put the original memory cards back in and it changed nothing.

I can't access the SS to try resetting it to factory and using the pin jumpers on the board to reset BIOS and VRAM does nothing. The best I've got so far for theories is that my firmware became corrupted by either the repair license issue or a RAID setting.

The server has Ubuntu Server, I am able to boot into Linux Mint from a thumb drive. I've tried updating the firmware via Linux Mint but nothing goes right. I can get into the UEFI and try to boot directly from a file or a thumbdrive and I tried the SUU repair file and its contents but it's not a bootable file. I downloaded the SUU update DVD ISO but it's too big for even a dual layered DVD, when I tried creating it to a thumbdrive I was informed it has no bootable partisans.

I've been trying to fix this for a couple weeks now.

Scratch IDRAC from the list. I am able to get into the IDRAC setup, I am still trying to set it up to access it. I downloaded BDF_1.5.5_BIN-12.usc after I was able to confirm it is compatible with my server. I'll post an update after I am able to get into IDRAC and install the file.

The errors I am getting are P1 and P11 errors, not Fs.

I am able to get into the IDRAC now but I can't get the virtual console to work. I installed the BDF_1.5.5_BIN-12.usc but that didn't have any effect.

Hello,

"Now the server is giving me F11 errors when I try to boot or access IDRAC or System Services" or "The errors I am getting are P1 and P11 errors, not Fs." -would be nice to see the screenshot.

"I am able to get into the IDRAC now but I can't get the virtual console to work" - would need your service tag to see if you had the enterprise license at all. You can DM me with it instead of disclosing in public.

Thank you and have a great one.

@DELL-Young E I bought it refurbished on Amazon, so I highly doubt I have a license. I was finally able to figure out the other way into RAID (crtl-c) where the first time I changed my raid settings was in the lifecycle controller. I was able to set the RAID arrays up the right way and this opened up the lifecycle controller for me. And after getting access to the controller I loaded all my new RAM cards into the server and reset the hardware profile, erasing the hardware logs. It seems to run fine for now, even though it does take a while to start
