Can the PowerEdge R330 accept 32GB memory modules
Hi,
The PowerEdge R330 spec sheet says that the maximum possible memory capacity is 64GB (4x16GB), but I was wondering if it's possible to get a capacity of 128GB (4x32GB) if you have an up to date BIOS and a v6 processor.
For the R630, you can install 128GB LRDIMMs even though the spec sheet and owner's manual does not specify it, so I wanted to know if there's a similar situation for the R330 and 32GB modules.
Thank you in advance!

Maximum supported memory for PowerEdge R330 is 64GB. Not supported does not mean it will not work. As it is not supported it is not validated, hence we can not guarantee that it will work. PowerEdge R330 only DDR4 ECC unbuffered DIMMs (UDIMMs). You can refer below link for details
