They should, you just wouldn't be using all of them for the 48.

For 64 mode you would need the following cables.

K0MWC - ASSY,CBL,PCIE,XGMI,R6525

27D85 - ASSY,MECH,R1DPDL,X10NVME,R6525

KX1C1 - ASSY,CBL,PCIE,2-3,X10,R6525

CV7RV - ASSY,CBL,PCIE,0-1,X10,R6525

MP0H4 - ASSY,CBL,PCIE,8-9,10XGMI,R6525
