Where has the platform specific update ISO's gone for 14th gen? Will they be publicly available again?

For which server are you looking for Update ISO image. You can check for same on support site for your server model.

You can use the Dell Repository Manager to create the R740 ISO

 

In the utility select  [ Platform Bootable ISO ] button to create the R740 iso.

We don't have a server available to run repository manager. Is there an online tool where were can generate and then download the Platform Bootable ISO? We use the images to update firmware on our business partner's Dell servers, of which there are thousands.

Hi, please refer to the link. I'm afraid DRM is needed and you can make ISO your self. You can always check out for the latest version on the official support webpage.
