10G SFP Port use as 1G, is it possible in mikrotik?

Dear dell team,

Model= Dell- R630 server
Previously I used 10G port as 1G but recently it does not work, even when insert 1G SFP then port is totally get lost. when take off the sfp and after reboot the server port will come back.
OS- Mikrotik level-6 license.

10G Lan card- Intel/Broadcom.
SFP- trying short range different vendor.

Is there any solution in this regards?
