Where can I retrieve my e-Certificates?
I lost the softcopies of my e-certificates. where can I retrieve the files? Thanks in advance!

Hello - in order to obtain another copy of your e-certificate, please send an email to EdServices@emc.com with the name of the e-certificate you would like to have resent. You should receive it within 24-48 hours of your email.
