Hello Mayur,
Now that you've achieved your EMC Proven Professional Associate level certification (E20-001), you have many options for hands- on experiences! A great deal of our education at the Specialist level includes a mixture of classroom work and hands-on labs, so you can prepare for the particular role you are interested in.
Here's where to get started; this page will illustrate the framework of the Proven program. Please review this page to see if we offer what you are looking for (and please reply back so we can offer more help if needed!).

Hello, that's a difficult question to answer as there are many factors that affect getting a postition / job. I do think that you'd find, though, that the EMCST certification is a good choice because it spans such a broad range of skills. Our other specialties 'deep dive' into product solutions, while the EMCST track takes a slightly different approach.
Let's put that out for everyone to chime in. Anyone out there who can share their experience?

Hello Mayuresh,
You may opt for a role change ( into storage ) in your current organization. Again.... it depends on the company and your manager as well.
Thank you

Hi,
You have a really good background - there are not alot of mainframe admins out there. Plus now you are learning storage. I have a couple of ideas for you:
In your current role, is there any way to get on a cross-functional team so you get to work with the storage team? I would look for any projects related to storage and your current duties, and do my best to work on them.
My other idea - check out the EMC Careers page or the EMC Careers Facebook page.

Hi Michelle
Thanks for your reply. One things i would like to ask here.. I am currently intrested in EMCSA Exam preoparation.I am currently in UK and have seen fees for 4 elearning module + one Video ILT is about $3940 which come to around £2744.
1) I had previously enrolled for ISM (E20-001) Exam and have training units of around 12 or 15 i don't recollect... what is this traning units for?? can it be helpful in purchasing my new course online ( getting some discount from EMC while purchasing my New EMCSA Course)??
