Unable to see my e-certificate of EMC Proven Professional Specialist exam

Have passed Specialist level exam E20 393 on 01/04/2021 and i have been notified by an email that my result is recorded in Professional CertTracker portal, after that i can able to see my result in the portal under Exam tab, but more then 5 days still not able to retrieve my e-certificate.

Could you please advise.
