Hello Rouhit - Our retake policy is stated in the EMC Proven Professional Policies & Guidelines and is as follows:

If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you may retake the exam any time. If you do not pass an exam on your second attempt, then you must wait at least 2 weeks (14 days) between each additional attempt. If you need to retake an exam that you have already passed in order to fulfill a certification track requirement, you may do so after 3 months.

If you do not pass an exam on your second attempt, then you must wait two weeks (14 days) in between each additional attempt. If you need to retake an exam that you have already passed in order to fulfill a certification track requirement, you may do so after 3 months.

I had reloaded my exam multiple times due to poor internet connection. It's now showing that I've made up to five (5) attempts and it's not accepting my score. It's also showing 0% completed against the second course where this internet connectivity issue had occurred. What should I do?

I missed information when I can re-take exam if I failed on my third attempt ? Any chance to re-take exam ? I'm talking about E20-065: Specialist - Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics Exam.

Hello,
I read re-take policy, my question states for interpretation of this policy. Should I understand these policy in a way, that I should wait at least 14 days or I should never attempt again, having in mind that I failed at my third attempt ? What's an interpretation here ?
