The EMC Proven Professional Associate-level qualifying exam, E20-050 EMC Technology Foundations – CLARiiON will be retired on January 31st, 2010.  The retirement of the E20-050 exam will not affect the validity of your existing certification credential.  The E20-050 Associate-level credential is still valid obtaining or maintaining Specialist or Expert-level CLARiiON certifications.

The Information Storage and Management Exam (E20-001) is the preferred exam to achieve Associate level certification for the Storage Technologist track, and the Technology Architect, Implementation Engineer, Customer Engineer, and Storage Administrator tracks.

Hello, first let me congratulate you on achieving your Associate level certification!  You are now eligible to participate in our annual Knowledge Sharing competition.  See the community home page for details.

From your question, it sounds as if you're interested in the Technology Architect Track.  Here's a link to the page where you can see what comes next.  In order to achieve your Specialist level certification in this track, you would need to pass both the E20-520 and the E20-322 exams.

Please take a look at the link, and let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks for your help. need more information.

here is where my doubt came from. this link... if you look at this link.. E20-322 code showing for all exams which means, it is generic specialist exam for all specialist  level right ?

for example, i want to write symmetrix solution , do you think i still need to write E20-001 ? to continue for next level E20-515 and E20-322.

E20-050 wont fit to write for  E20-515 and E20-322???
