Carolyn leads the Proven Professional Certification program. She has been a part of Education Services for the past 11 years holding a variety of roles and leadership positions focused on stakeholder enablement programs. Additionally, Carolyn leads several key stakeholder and community impact programs aligned to new hire onboarding, quarterly accreditation, and career readiness for high-school students. She participates in multiple Employee Resource Groups and serves as a Professional Development lead for True Ability (North America).
Carolyn is active in the mentoring community and is a local chapter lead for the Graduate Networking Program. Carolyn is based in Massachusetts, is a graduate of Clark University and holds a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Olanda started her Dell Technologies journey in 2006 and is currently the Vice President of Education Services. Olanda’s responsibilities include leading a team of 650+, that designs, develops, and delivers over 4 million technical learning hours annually to customers, partners, and internal team members. In addition, Olanda serves as the organization’s executive sponsor for Mentoring & Development programs.
Currently on an Expatriate Assignment in Penang Malaysia, Olanda’s passion and purpose, to develop, challenge and engage others, shines in her far-reaching community involvement. Olanda actively participates in panel discussion topics from career advancement to innovation, robotics, and inspirational leadership. She also is engaged in STEM, mentoring and advocacy programs.
Olanda is a big sports fan and cheers on her favorite teams no matter where she goes!
