Isilon Exams.100-046 ICSP (OneFs 7). What is the current equivalent?

Back in Feb 2013 I took a 3 day course for the now expired 100-046 ICSP exam . I never got around to taking the exam and I now I find that it's retired (https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-26516). Looking at the current Isilon exams it appears E20-559 (Isilon Solutions Specialist Exam for Storage Administrators)would be the equivalent exam but I want to be sure. If E20-559 is the equivalent exam, would I have to take the course over? If E20-559 isn't the equivalent, which one is?
