Hello Yoga -
Welcome to the EMC Proven Professional community!
The best way to begin your journey within the storage world is with the EMC Information Storage Associate (EMCISA) certification. The EMCISA is the pre-requisite for most Specialist and Expert credentials and provides foundational knowledge for everything storage. The course associated with this certification is titled “Information Storage and Management”.
Information regarding the Information Storage and Management curriculum can be found by clicking here. There are several course packages available, including the EMC Proven Professional Starter Kit which is offered at a 72% savings. Additional details regarding the exam description and recommended training can be found by clicking on the “E20-001 Exam” link in the top right corner.
Other members of our community have commented on how they prepared for the E20-001 exam here , here and here.
Best of luck as you begin your journey. We'd love to hear updates on your progress!

Hi Yoga,
Being a fresher, " E20-001 EMCISA (EMC Information Storage Associate) certification " will be the best suitable one you can try. This covers the basics of information storage and management.
You can access the curriculum from the below link, and more details regarding this certification and course will be available from EMC's education site (https://education.emc.com)
https://education.emc.com/content/_common/docs/learning_path_descriptions/Storage_Technology_Foundations_Curriculum.pdf
As you will be taking care of clariion boxes, you can go for clariion certifications based on the area of support you will providing (both specialist and expert levels). This can be done only once done with the EMCISA certification which is mandatory for any specialist exams.
