Hi, ISM is very useful....it gives you the basics. Now you get to figure out the next part.

So, where are you still in school, or are you working? What part of Inforamation and Storage Management most interests you?

Someone else just asked a very similar question, maybe that thread has some tips you could use.

Hi this is Kalyan,

Working as a Storage Technology Consultant.

I cleared e20-001 with the help of ISM book, and planning to take Clariion solutions as specialization.

1) How to receive Hard copy of EMCISA certificate from EMC.

2) Do I need to clear both e20-520 and e20-322 exams to become a specialist. Or either of them is sufficient.

Please respond as early as possible,

Thanks and Regards,

A Kalyan Srinivas,

Storage technology consultant,

Hi -

Congratulations on passing the E20-001 exam. Did you use the exam description and practice test to help determine where you needed to focus your studies?

As of January 2008 EMC Proven Professional Program stopped sending hard copy certificates for Associate and Product Technology specific credentials. The e-Certificates that are issued now allow the participant to print, email and maintain certificates easier than the hard copy option.

Now that you have the EMCISA you would need to pass both the E20-520 exam and the E20-322 exam in order to earn the Technology Architect CLARiiON Solutions Specialist credential.

Thank you ddproven,

I used Practice tests to understand where I'm weak and to know further study is needed.

thanks for your quick response.
