Exam retake and Reschedule

Hi there, 

My dell exam canceled last Sunday 2nd October because my account profile last name doesn’t shown on my ID and its my family name and it’s on my father ID and all family members, I tried to contact with Pearson VUE several times but I cannot find an answer or a solution.

Is there’s any tips for retake my exam without repaying it again ?

Hello - The name in your Pearson VUE account needs to match the name reflected in the ID you present when you take the exam. Pearson VUE customer support should be able to assist. You can reach out to them at https://home.pearsonvue.com/dell/contact
