EMC E20-465 Question Samples and did anyone have appeared it?

Have cleared the EMC's E20-120 exam with 90% mark. Now opting for E20-465 exam.Appeared the sample questions available on EMC's site but are these type questions are there in real exam and if so? how much case studies questions are there?

If some one have appeared it, please guide.
