EMC E-Certificate and CertTracker Update Delay

Dears,

I have recently passed some exams, but I did not receive any e-certificate for one of them, nor there is update about that exam in my certtracker.

I sent a couple of mails ro EDServices during last month but no one is responding me and I am still waiting for my certificate and updates.

Can anyone please assist me where else i shall contact when EDServices does not respond at all?
