E20-820
hi,
I am a EMC customer having customer level access to powerlink. I am eager to do Technology architect certification for clarion. I was willing to access E20-820 course. I am not able to access that. Do i need a partner level access also??
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
All EMC exams are available to everyone to take through out testing vendor Vue, however as Michelle mentioned in her reply the Storage Administrator tracks are designed with customers in mind. The courses that support the EMCSA Expert CLARiiON Solutions exam (E20-822) and the EMCTA Expert CLARiiON Solutions exam (E20-820) are almost the same, but the focus of the exams are different based on the respective roles. The course that supports the E20-820 TA exam that is not part of the E20-822 SA exam curriculum is the CLARiiON Business Continuity Design course. The CLARiiON Business Continuity Design course is only available to EMC employees and Partners.

Hello, and welcome to our community!
All of our courses and certifications are aligned to the particular roles of the individual. As a customer, you're eligible for the Storage Administrator track (sounds like you're interested in CLARiiON Solutions). That particular track offers you two different options to achieve the Associate level, either Information Storage and Management or CLARiiON Foundations.
Please take a look at the SA track as it was designed with customers in mind. Let me know if that helps.

Thanks very much michelle and simon for their kind reply. Was very helpful.
I would like to take E20-820 exams , as this seems suit me much as solution architect.
The practice test E20-822 also loks great.
I requested powerlink to give me partner level access.
Thanks a lot once again for your very helpful replies.
