E20-120 certification
Hi guys,
I've completed E20-120 exams last August, and I was wondering if EMC is supposed to send me the printed out version of certificate?
I keep waiting but it's still not arrived yet..
Please advice.

Hello - congratulations on earning the Content Management credential!
The content management foundations exam is an associate level credential. We stopped sending hard copy certificates for this level in 2008 and all others in 2009. However, we continue to send golf shirts for qualifying Specialist and Expert credentials.
I've attached the fulfillment policy for reference.
The Associate Certification award kit includes a congratulations letter and an e-Certificate - customized, recognizing Associate level achievement.
The Specialist Certification award kit includes a congratulations letter and an e-Certificate - customized, recognizing Specialist level achievement. If you have earned your first Specialist Certification you will also receive a complimentary golf shirt. Shirts will ship via United Parcel Service. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery.
The Expert Certification award kit includes a congratulations letter, e-Certificate - customized, recognizing Expert level achievement, and a golf shirt with EMC Proven Professional Expert logo. Shirts will ship via United Parcel Service. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery.
