Dell VxRail Deploy 2023 (50% score issue on Simulator)

To the dear Community Manager and the respected Dell employees here at the Proven Professional Certification Program.

I have logged in a case for this matter but I figured a thread on this forum can be more engaging and provide me with better support and feedback.

I have scored 86% on Part 1 of this exam, however Part 2 failed at 50%. This is not logical for me given that I am 100% positive I answered correctly on at least 4 of the 6 simulations which would grant me a (100%6=16.66, 16.66x4=~67%) score, just enough to pass the exam.

I remember perfectly the subject of those four simulations and I can say with all certainty that my answers were correct and submitted properly on my end.

I have noticed the "50%" score issue on multiple threads, so I am assuming this is an issue with some PearsonVue "configuration capturer" that captures the final config submitted in each simulation, which may not reflect that actual clicks provided in the simulation.

Moreover, I have noticed that the application (PearsonVue) at the test center lagged quite often in the Simulations part.

I am open to discuss this in private to hopefully rectify my results.
