Dell Unity Operate 2023 Exam (50% score issue on Simulator)

Hello Team,

I opened a case about this issue, but I haven't received any feedback yet.

I have scored 77% on Part 1 of this exam, however Part 2 failed at 50%. This is not logical for me given that I am 100% positive that I answered correctly the 6 questions of the simulation.

All simulation steps were performed successfully. It's impossible not to have achieved at least 80% on Part 2 
(Simulations).

I have noticed the "50%" score issue on multiple threads, so I am assuming this is a specific issue with these simulations.

I remember perfectly the subject of the 6 questions in the simulation and I can say that my answers were submitted correctly.

I don't want to re-take the exam and have the same issue happen again (50% on Part 2 then Fail), it seems like it's a recurring problem.
