Dell EMC Proven Simulator - Script Execution error script during pratice exam
On 03/03/2022 I made the Exam DEP-3CR1 - PowerProtect Cyber Recovery.
During the practice exam, I received a series of error messages that were showing the following message: "Script execution error - Do you want to continue to execute scripts on this page?" with two buttons bellow the message "OK " and "Cancel".
In the first time that this error message appeared I've tried thousands of times to cancel the message but none of the buttons were responsive. After closing the window few seconds later, it continued rising again until the screen becomes unavailable.
I requested to the person responsible for the exam monitoring to check the computer and he restarted the exam.
After the exam restart, I could answer three questions on simulator without interruptions. On the fourth question, the message returned. At this time, I could close the error message without call the exam monitor. On the Fifth and Sixth questions the behavior was the same.
I am plenty sure that I answered this questions correctly, but the simulator did not save my answers. I've been reproved on practice exam with the score of 50% (The certification requires 60% to pass successfully) EXACTLY 3 of 6 questions that the simulator did not save my answers.
Talking to people that made certifications to this same vendor and same simulator model, they reported that the problem with them was the same and the achieved the same score on the end of the exam.
Does anyone has received this same error ?
