Dell Client Systems & Troubleshooting
Hello,
I'm considering the Dell Client Systems and Troubleshooting Exam. https://learning.dell.com/content/dell/en-us/home/certification-overview/certificationandbadges/dell-client-systems-support-and-troubleshooting-.html
However, I cannot find out if this exam is proctored and grants a certification or just a badge.
There are links to purchase vouchers with 3 tiers. When I try to buy vouchers, it asks for Street info for a Business account. I wasnt trying to create a Business account.
After putting street info, it fails and I cannot even purchase the vouchers.
Does anyone know if this is a certificafion exam before I put a lot of time and effort into this? Thanks.

Please note that this is an Achievement Exam. It is not proctored and does not grant a certification.
Candidates are required to create accounts with both our platform and Pearson VUE (our exam delivery vendor) for any Proven Exams.

@NSDame Any good suggestions for Certification Exams for Computer Repair & Troubleshooting?
I have CompTIA A+ but would like one from Dell. Turns out none from Dell, HP or Lenovo seem to really exist or hard to find.

@stealth743 on the client systems side (Computer Repair & Troubleshooting), we only offer achievement exams, which award a digital badge upon completion. However, if you’re interested in a certification, we recommend reviewing the Dell Networking Foundations Certification, which may align well with your prior CompTIA A+ knowledge.
Also check the Cloud Infrastructure and Services Foundations Certification.
