I works fine for me... As I changed my email address, i send an email to the support and get an answer in the same day !

Hello -
Anyone who has more than one Candidate ID number (they start with EMCxxxxx followed by 5-6 digits) should email EMCProvenHelpDesk@EMC.com and ask them to please merge your accounts into one. Don't forget to include any and all Candidate ID numbers and advise which of the Candidate ID numbers you want to keep as your master number.

Had completed the MOOC on Data Lakes. Details as below.
The certificate is not appearing under my existing CertTracker login id. Haven't created new login account for this reg no.
Need I create another one for this?

Congratulations on completing the Data Lakes MOOC and earning your certificate! I hope you enjoyed the class!
What you received is a course completion certificate. This did not earn you an EMC Proven Professional certification and therefore won't be found in your CertTracker account.
What was your favorite part of the course? I found the presentations by Patricia Florissa particularly fascinating!
