Cannot access CertMetrics with personal email (not Dell account)
Hi everyone,
Previously, I had an account on CertMetrics using my personal email address. However, it seems that the CertMetrics portal has recently been updated.
Right now, I’m unable to access my account because the login process requires a Dell-registered account. As a result, my personal email account can no longer be used to log in.
Could anyone advise how I can regain access to my existing CertMetrics account?

I tried to log into certmetrics today and have the exact same issue. I initially used my personal email, and now when i try to log into certmetrics, it points me back to the dell partner portal. It makes zero sense to force people to use a dell partner id for certmetrics since if I leave my company, i will no longer have access to my company emial. Dell what is the solution here?
