vApp (Historical, Discovery, and Application) in one location

Collector VM in different physical location

Registration of Propshere Collector with Prosphere Application fails.

Using authorized user appadmin

Using correct appadmin password

Credentials are correct.

What am I missing?

Hi,

Do you see any other error message on screen when you press submit?

If you haven't done so already please open an SR with support to look into the issue as may need to look at logs for exact issue
