W3239 remote won't work on 2300 MP
AT the instructions of a Dell sales rep, we purchased a W3239 remote for our 2300MP. I believe that the W3239 is made for the 3300MP, but he told us it would work on the 2300MP. We cannot get the page up/page down feature to work with the 2300. Can anyone confirm for me whether or not this remote is supposed to work (or will not work) with our 2300MP? Thanks.

We cannot get the page up/page down feature to work with the 2300.
* Using what applications?
* Do the other buttons work?

I do not know if that remote will have the full functionality on the 2300MP.
