Vista Ultimate - Dell Projector 3400MP

Hi,

I am trying to connect D610 using Vista Ultimate and Dell Projector 3400MP, but no image is sent to the projector. The projector works fine, because if I use other computer using XP, it works.
It is happing not only with dell projector, but anyone. I have already used the mobility center, and everything is set normal.
The monitor was recognized as monitor not pnp and monitor pnp, but no new hardware was installed when I pluged it.
I am using RGB cable to connect to.
Pressing Fn+F8, nothing happens.
I dont know what I need to do, please, if anyone has any other information to help me, I would appreciate it a lot to receive.

Hi, I tested the connection using S-video cable, and it worked. So, the problem is when I connect a RGB cable. I am sure that the cable is not the problem, since when I connect other computer using the same cabl, but using XP, it works. Does anyone have any idea how to solve it? Thanks.

Hi, I think that this thread should be kept in the original session, because it happens not only with this projector (Dell 3400), but with anyone. It seems that the Vista doesnt recognize RGB cable. Thanks.

Hi, I used in a presentation S-video cable, but the image was not good, even if I changed the resolution or colors. I am still waiting a solution from DELL. Hi, DELL SUPPORT, is there anyone? Please tell me how to work it using RGB cable? Could you please test it for me and tell me what is going on? Thanks.

Hi,

I downloaded the last driver from DELL and it worked. The new driver is installed with the ATI software.

I didnt use it yet, only it was used as TEST.

Where did you get the driver?   am having the same issue with my MP2300, bu there are no drivers available!
