using the 4320

Hi,

Hope someone can help educate me with regard to 4320 and how it works over ethernet. What I would like to do is as follows... 

I'd like to have some developers in a room working away on desktop PC's (not laptops) when they want to review their work with a stakeholder I'd like them to go into a break out room that's kitted out with a dell 4320.

So I'd like the to be able to throw their desktop content to the 4320, be in the room with the stakeholder and still be able to interact with the content being displayed (I am hoping plugging in a keyboard and mouse into the USB port on the projector will achieve this)

Is any of this possible?
