Unable to locate disassembly instructions for 2400MP...

Are these available on Dell's web site anywhere?  We have a situation where incorrect bottom mounting screws were used to mount the projector, and they have broken off when trying to remove, so about 1/4 inch left in mount hole, and we need to remove it. 

Additionally, I've been unable to locate replacement mounting parts (Screws, etc.) online.  Are those available through Dell?
