Still can't get HD on the 2400MP

Hi

 

I posted a while ago about the facility to connect my SKY HD box to my Dell 2400MP. I was told to get an VGA to DVI connector but i still needed to get from DVI to HDMI which required another adaptor and a cable.

 

The end result is that it hasn't worked. When I select VGA as the input it just skips and goes onto the S-Video which I have it connected up to.

 

Has anyone managed to get a SKY HD box connected to the VGA input by any means????
