Request for Firmware update to enable Vertical Invert on M409WX

I purchased the Dell M409WX Projector, as well as, a compatible ceiling mount. Unfortunately I do not see any option to enable Vertical Inversion of the image.

I would like to request a firmware update from Dell to enable this commonly standard feature?

Any suggestions who I could contact or if this message could be passed on to the proper people?
