Repair for out of warrenty projectors

We have three 2200MP projectors out of warrenty. These projectors are about 3 years old. One projector won't power on at all. The other two power off after a couple of minutes. Are these projectors worth repairing? If so, any recommendations on where projectors can be repaired?
