Out of Range error message on 2400MP startup

Question

I'm using a Dell desktop for image source, which worked okay for day or so, but now I'm getting an error message on the screen right after it tries to locate the cource.   Says, 'Out of Range.'  Any ideas?   John Nashville, TN 615-400-2260

What system are you using?  What graphics card?  Have you tried setting this up in safe mode and changing the resolution?

I was experiencing the same 'Out of Range' error on our 2400MP. I attributed to a poor video signal from a not so great 10' VGA cable. We replaced it with a 15' VGA cable w/ ferrite cores at the ends, and it seems to have solved our problem.
