LCD Projectors lamp indicator light on even though lamp is brand new
I work in a middle school and we have 3 projectors that display the lamp indicator light even though a new lamp has been replaced. Nothing is projected so I cannot go to the menu to reset factory settings. Two of the projectors are 3400mp and the other is a 3300 mp model. Anything else I can try?

Dell projector required hard reboot from time to time.
The reboot allow the software to clear up the bad memory on the EEPROM.
To do hard reboot you need to unplug power cable, since turning off projector was just put the projector on standby mode.
Do you mount this projector on the ceiling?

The projectors are not mounted so the power cable has been unplugged and still no display is projected even with a new lamp. Any other ideas?
