You can get a sheet of white plastic from your local hardware store- I got mine at Menards It is used on walls for bathrooms/work areas but also has a flat(back) side that works awesome as a screen.  I think is made by plaitex (s) and if thin enought to roll up.  I you go to look it is usually by the paneling, laying flat below the rest of the paneling.  There are MANY white types of this sort so if you go look for 1. a very white color, 2. pull one out and look at it- if you can see a reflection- of the lites above- or it is shiny- its the wrong stuff- you want it flat/non reflective- and NO texture.

 

I attached mine to my wall with velcro  Cut to 95" x 4' to get a basic 16:9 screen

make a black frame (very important) to fit just around the screen using 1 x 3 or 1x4 and wrap in black velvet.
